Masterclass Part 8: How to find great VAs with 90% less effort

You have to be the CEO of the company - you have to know the what and the why and the how… AND THEN DON’T DO IT.  This is where our stupid culture of over-work and “the grind” is so messed up. You shouldn’t be doing all the work.  You should teach someone ELSE how to do it, and manage them. You have to do the hard work of recruiting someone (yes, it's hard work) and teaching them how to do it (yes, it's hard work), but it’s way more effective and efficient work than trying to execute every business process solo. Work smarter! Not harder. So from there, the rest is  history - I hire more people (36 currently), We do more. And that’s the end of the story...but not really. THIS IS HOW YOU LIVE THE LIFESTYLE. I was forced into it in my circumstances, so I had to do it. Most people are never forced to do it. So they don’t.  Here are some tips to make this easier: - Use Apply Points (AP) - when you post your job, require them to use a certain number of AP. Somewhere in your job description, just say "When you apply, use 7 Apply Points". This saves you significant time.  - Have AI do most of the filtering for you. Included with the Premium account on OnlineJobs.ph is our AI matching algorithm. We'll analyze all your applicants against your job post and rate them. This does 90% of the filtering for you. You only need to interview the best ones.  Again, this saves you significant time. Like, maybe cuts down your total recruiting time by 80%? - Don't do a zoom interview until you've done an email interview.  Ask them lots of questions via email first. This is where they start to trust you. Once they start to trust you it's ok to do a video interview.
