Welcome to OnlineJobs.ph. I can’t wait to teach you more.

Welcome to the OnlineJobs.ph community!

I'm John Jonas, the creator of OnlineJobs.ph. I want you to discover how to:

  • Create freedom to do the things you love
  • Work to grow your business instead of slaving in your business
  • Find and hire amazing Filipino workers to make it all possible.

The next few emails I'm going to send you are designed to teach you how to outsource like a pro.

Let’s start by answering a common question:

“Why is the Philippines the best place to hire a VA?"

There are so many reasons. I’ve learned from personal experience and from the feedback of thousands of business owners. To sum it up, here are two major reasons the Philippines is ideal for outsourcing:

Hiring is affordable
So hiring locally isn’t an option for your business right now. In the Philippines, you can hire college graduates with experience for a fraction of what you’d pay a local high school grad.

Not sure how you feel about starting someone at $3/hr? If it’s a question of ethics, here’s the short of it: the Philippines is an "emerging economy" (they don't like to be called a third-world country); the cost of living sustainably and comfortably is significantly smaller than in more developed countries.

$450/month (for a beginner) is considered a sustainable starting wage in the Philippines. Check out the profiles on OnlineJobs.ph and you’ll see; it’s the rate may candidates ask for. (You’ll have plenty of chances to give your workers raises and bonuses based on their work. When you see what they can do for you, you’ll want to reward them.)

In the $800-$2000/month range, you get world class talent. People with years of experience who really know what they're doing.

Plus, virtual workers get to enjoy the benefits of working from home (which cuts costs on childcare and fuel). They are also enthusiastic about the stability that comes from working with an American/European/Canadian/Australian company (jobs in the Philippines aren’t as dependable).

Filipino Culture
Filipino culture prepares its citizens to be outstanding workers, both from a work and a moral perspective.

By nature, Filipinos are hardworking, honest, and loyal. We’re not stereotyping. The Filipino culture reveres these qualities. They’re instilled in Filipino children from a young age. Education is also a high priority in the Philippines, so you’ll notice that most of the workers on OnlineJobs.ph have some kind of degree. Highly educated = good thinkers.

Their English is also phenomenal compared to other countries. Many people don’t realize that English is the national language of the Philippines (along with Tagalog). And because they’re a westernized country, Filipinos typically communicate with more clarity than workers from other outsourcing countries. Good communication is the key to successful outsourcing, but we’ll teach you more about that later.

Now to teach you a little more about OnlineJobs.ph. I don’t want you to experience confusion about how OnlineJobs.ph works, what it is, and what it is not. So here you go:

OnlineJobs.ph IS:

A job board and the best place on the internet to find and hire qualified, competent Filipino workers starting at $2.50/hr.

OnlineJobs.ph is NOT:

A temp agency or middleman. The way OnlineJobs.ph works is simple. Independent Filipinos who are seeking employment come to OnlineJobs.ph and create a worker profile. Then employers (like yourself) find and hire them. We provide the medium for you to find and contact potential workers. That’s it! That’s all we do.

We don’t markup salaries. We don’t require contracts. We don’t mediate your relationship with your Filipino worker. We don’t tell you how to manage or charge you ongoing fees or offer any other services. Once you hire your virtual worker, we leave the picture until you’re ready to come back and hire more!

Over 4,000,000 Filipino virtual workers are waiting to provide you with incredibly affordable, top-notch service. Search resumes from dozens of skill sets, or simply post a job.

Watch for the information on following in our future emails:

  • What kind of tasks can I outsource?
  • How to know if a candidate is an ace or a dud
  • How to communicate better with your Filipino candidates
  • Questions to ask when you interview
  • Red flags to watch for when hiring
  • Our free outsourcing education PDFs

Happy hiring,

John Jonas and The OnlineJobs.ph Crew
